Maintenance Service General Information
Varbo.cz website maintenance service keeps your website current and fluid and makes tedious maintenance
a pleasant experience. We work hard so you don’t have to.

• Although we make every effort to make accurate changes, it is your responsibility to review updates and notify
  us of any necessary changes that need to be made.
• We reserve the right to distinguish between "updates" and "new designs".
• New design work is charged at the current design rate.
• A set-up fee is valid for new customers only and is for preliminary diagnostics of the client’s web site. No set-up fee if you are existing user of our services or previously purchased any template from us.
• Urgent update requests after normal business hours which include but are not limited to weekends or holidays
  will be billed extra.
• Updates should be provided electronically (by email) as often as possible. Select the plan that best suits your requirements from the guidelines listed.

• Client's content update, announcements, articles, etc further to instructions.
• Replacement and optimizing of client supplied images, pictures and graphics.
• Adding/removing pages, creating and uploading of PDF Files
• Newsletter and email list maintenance
• Shopping cart product updates
• All maintenance charges are made in 60 minute increments.
• Updates are usually done within 24 to 48 hours.
• Clients enrolled in Exclusive Plan have priority and update production will
  initiate on the same business day following their request.
